Alot of my protein comes from chicken breast, deer groundmeat that I make 50/50 deer and brisket, NY strips and shrimp. I do count my macros daily but what I always struggle with is in eating protein I feel the macros I count are not very accurate. Lets say using brisket for my deer groundmeat I will use the built in macros for brisket but I trim off alot of the fat before making the groundmeat. Also, say for instance is a ny strip calculates as a certain amount of fat but if I trim off the fat before cooking or eating I always feel macros in the apps are way lower in fat than I actually eat.
