Thinking more Naji and Kira for Burks and a 2nd seems more likely

I just can’t see them paying the tax for someone like Burks when ducking the tax is so much easier, especially after Hawk’s last game. If we are legit looking at Burks it’s because other, bigger deals are being lined up where the tax is unavoidable.
