Lane always likes having Co-coordinators.
Not entirely sure why, but it's what he does. Same thing with DJ Durkin, etc... Golding will still be the main DC and call the plays

Someone to sure-up Golding and that defense. Lane wants elite coaching for this very talented defense he's bringing in.
