lmfao plenty of men frick things up all the time, look at Boeing for example and their cost cutting which led to them outfitting planes with mis-sized engines bc it was cheaper, causing them to change the airplanes computer code and not train pilots which caused planes to go into a nose dive and the pilots were untrained on how to correct it
