Commit Walker White is a stud QB

I wouldn’t call him a stud QB.

He’s a big guy with a big arm.

But stud QB prospects are few and far between with even the majority of the top end guys at the position not living up to expectations — DJU, Malachi Nelson.

Allar, Klubnik, Devin Brown, Weigman, Ty Simpson, Malik Murphy, Devin Brown, Gunnar Stockton, Nick Evers, Brady Allen.

This was 247Sports top 10 QBs from three years ago. All sophomores this past year. Not one has met expectations.

So going into year 3 only Allar, Klubnik and Weigman are projected starters for the school they signed with.

You literally listed sophomores and redshirt freshmen. Many of these guys haven't even really gotten a chance because they were behind older starters.

Allar wasn't great, but as a first year starter he earned valuable experience. He can run and has a 25 TD to 2 int passing stat. They just brought in Fleming from Ohio St who will likely be their go to. With that said, I thought Allar was overrated out of high school.

Klubnik also had a year of experience, and can run. Although he played very mediocre (some would say terrible), it was his first year and they have had some pretty mediocre receivers. Freshman TJ Moore and 5 star Wesco will improve their passing. With that said, I thought Klubnik was overrated out of high school.

Devin Brown is still a work in progress. Never had a real opinion on him.

Weigman is damn good, and was my favorite QB from that class. Under the right coach, he's championship caliber.

UGA loves Stockton. He's next in line. You've got to realize former walk on Bennett being as good as he is, threw everything off by two years, but it also allowed these kids to develop. That Vandargriff kid that transfered to Kentucky is going to be the best QB they've had since Andre Woodson. Beck, a highly touted guy, is going to max out his years. Stockton will do the same starting 2025.

Malik Murphy was behind the #1 player in the country in Quinn Ewers, what do you expect.

Nick Evers transferred because he wanted a chance to compete, he wasn't going to get that with Gabriel coming back. Plus they had just gotten 5 star Arnold, and he saw the writing on the wall. Wisconsin was about to run a pass happy offense, so he went there. They got a super experienced prior four star QB in Mordecai as a bridge gap for Nick Evers in 2024. They have gotten WRs in the portal and in year two of a complete overhaul, you should see him do great in that type of offense.

Allen went to Purdue because Brohm was there. With Aidan O'Connell leaving, when was bound to be the next stud QB for a Brohm type offense, only Brohm left after Allen's first year. New Purdue coach brought over super experienced4 star QB from Texas so again he was #2. He's now transfered to Louisville, and will more than likely be their starter. Could be good, could do nothing, who knows.

Simpson just wasn't ready. He'll be a transfer IMO. with Sayin possibly staying, who knows, he doesn't have a chance of starting.
