The defense is damn good and the OL is as well (including Texas commit Kelley) but the RB and WR talent isn't anywhere close to those two units. There isn't a legitimate DI-A Starting RB or WR on Lake Travis this year. Not one.

I'm speaking out of my arse b/c I haven't seen them play, but I was guessing that they had to have some good players on that team.

On an unrelated note: If Russell Shepard's team had any resemblence of a defense that team would be downright scary.

If they get past Friendswood they will probably have to play Longview in the championship game.
Longview's defense is good, especially a linebacker Chris Weaver. They have two good running backs and thier qb can run too.
