Baggage allowance guidelines for upgrades (United Airlines)

Can't seem to find the guidelines online and have been on the phone now for 30 minutes trying to get clarification.
On United, if I upgrade just the Houston to MSY leg, I still get the baggage allowance and priority boarding on the entire flight, correct?

I can't find any current information but some old FlyerTalk threads state.

I am seeing that too. Don't know if I get priority boarding throughout but I won't hold my breath. I really just wanted that for that IAH to MSY leg

I doubt you'll get the boarding across both flights. I've upgraded single legs with Delta in the past and my boarding pass reverted from First to SkyPriority on the 2nd leg.
