They’ll presumably move to Dunwoody. The city and state will subsidize the move. Most execs will buy in East Cobb, Roswell, and Alpharetta and use the public school system. It’s not insanely more expensive in the burbs, it’s just more than if you bought a house pre 2020 at a 3%.
Far better quality of life. Also, the airport matters.

Kudos to Brandon Landry for at least admitting the problem out loud:
Baton Rouge is not an attractive place to recruit and retain a talented workforce. Expect more growing companies to follow in their footsteps.
Voting in incompetent buffoons like JBE, Sharon Broome et al is not going to fix the issue either
