unless someone wants to create walk-on's 2.0, they are not going to be able to sell the building in its current configuration. It is very nice, but catered to one client only.

Honestly with all the companies that start here only to move away, shoot your shot. There’s a pretty good chance you’ll be successful and then be able to move everything to Dallas, Houston or Atlanta like everybody else does.
