Yes. Anaheims are normally pretty heavy producers. Is the pepper that each has produced at the first crotch of the plant?

Yes.

I should add that these two plants looked pretty bad after the container got flooded, but the peppers continued to grow after, and the other varieties in that planter look pretty good. The two poblanos are really looking good.
