I usually just put down some calcium nitrate at first and then switch to the bloom booster when things start to flower. Nothing else. I used to also use Cal-Mag. But my calcium and magnesium levels are “very high” according to my soil test. So I feel like it would just be a waste of money.

Found the first onion top laid over this evening in the garden. Damn gopher got another garlic, too.
