It was but it wasn't soft or anything like that. Seemed pretty solid. I don't know shite about it, though. Very well could have been. Another looks like it is going limp :(

Weekly photo dump. After backing off the water things are looking much better (and greener). I appreciate all of the advice on here.
My first runner!
Peppers looking much greener
Squash/Zucchini
Watermelon looking better and healthy… just small. Do they usually take a while to get going or do they need warmer temperatures?
Eggplant has a bloom forming
Cantaloupe and butternut squash along the trellis. Yellowish pumpkins along the right side (transplanted as a summer experiment)
Tomatoes
Cucumbers haven’t started climbing yet. I’m wondering if they are getting blocked out by the tomatoes (the row runs east-west)
Beans are climbing though, and we have a leader
