Sloan was pretty awesome in keeping Perkins, gave him some offensive plays at practice, only one of which I believe came to fruition. But keeping Perk engaged was 100% Sloan which was awesome.
Lsu is lucky if perkins ends up staying. He has every reason to want to leave.
Sloan is a boss. Smart coach.

If Perkins was leaving for the portal, he would already be gone. He would have left in the first window. He can’t transfer to another SEC school and play next year now.
