opinions on DHEA

That was interesting. I just started a Boron/DHEA protocol last weekend. This is not for muscle building because I think it is worthless for that. I am doing it for hormonal regulation - to see if I can notice any difference. I've been baby stepping since returning to the gym. History was 16 years of nonstop anabolic/androgen/hGH use followed by quitting cold turkey in 2015 and taking 2015 to 2021 totally off from gym and eating standard American diet then returning to gym Dec 1st 2021 to now. I have totally re-compositioned my body from where I had lost extreme amounts of muscle and every muscle I had was atrophied. Up to this point nothing but diet and exercise. No trt, no clomid, no hcg no nothing. So after reading here and other places I have started this:

Boron 15 mg upon waking on empty stomach
DHEA 25mg upon waking on empty stomach
4,500mg Grass Fed Beef Liver upon waking on empty stomach

lunch time:
DHEA 25mg
4,500 mg Grass Fed Beef Liver

Night time:
4,500 mg Grass Fed Beef Liver

so just 15 mg of Boron total and 50 mg total of DHEA. The DHEA will give oily skin on males and I am experiencing that already. no acne or anything yet. I feel 'good' so far but it likely takes 10 to 15 days to reach saturation from using. I've seen people recommend anywhere from 50 to 200 mg a day of the DHEA I will not go above 50. Again, this isn't for muscle building because for males I think all these compounds are worthless for that it is just for potential hormonal regulation. Next step will be to get my levels tested in 60 to 90 days and then go from there. Considering my history I am glad to just not need trt yet and goal is to never need it but who knows.
