Control thing. They get a kick out of slowing excessive speeders down to a speed they deem acceptable. They also get excited about passing a right lane car going 75 mph while they themselves go 75.2 mph. It may take them 5 miles to pass them and another 4 miles to have enough car length to move over. But that’s their kink.

Think from their perspective......
Why should they have to speed up even more just to covenience you?
They are passing in the left lane

While I agree with you I also know that there is a percentage of just super low iq people/drivers that have no idea where they are supposed to drive.
