Not overweight at all, probably underweight, active peloton rider which is more than likely what caused this. Happened around 11/12, originally diagnosed as tendonitis. Just woke up the next day with it swollen like a balloon. Rested and 0 peloton since mid-Nov and rested it. Never healed and continues to hurt which led to the MRI and those were the results. Did say it was a non-displaced fracture which is a silver lining.

Grade 1mcl , probably do nothing

Non displaced plateau fracture? Prob just rest and time

Maybe an injection, maybe some NWB time on crutches, just depends on what the ortho sees on MRI
