Improper installation of the door is also highly likely.

The fact that it doesn’t happen anywhere else in the US strengthens the argument that it wasn’t a ground crew issue as they are trained to make sure it doesn’t happen.

Do you own Boeing stock or something?

Nope I just don’t like seeing Americans tear down one of the most successful American companies.
