Instead of continuing with just my Rogue class as I level up, I just multi'd into a Rogue/Ranger combo. Want to be able to make use of long bows. Also, Karlach is awesome.

Will travelling to the Underdark or to the Mountain Pass autocomplete Act 1? I want to make sure I don't miss out on quests by triggering the 2nd Act.
