That's not the point. I can't build a thing. My husband can do literally anything he wants to figure out. I know to just bring the man a beer and clear the blast zone if the cussing starts up. He's an amazing man for being amenable to all of my little projects.
But, if I ever said something like that to him? He would just stare at me and then walk out of the room. Think Rip and Beth LOL. He certainly wouldn't leave his own home to go to a bar.
Her words were extremely rude and cutting, but there's no reason for the OP to be equally as emotional as his wife.
