Semantics and you KNOW it. There are plenty of people who want to FORCE companies to have a diverse workplace in terms of minorities and women. Whether they use the word FORCE or not is irrelevant.

Then why does Cuban need DEI at all if the intent is to hire the most qualified candidate? Are you implying that Mark Cuban is racist and needs to be reminded that he apparently doesn’t grade diverse the same as Asians and Whites?
