After this episode, I am starting to think that we are be told a story through the multiple personalities of Navarro.
This is going to be about her trauma, relationship to her culture, her job and her past manifesting in different personalities, psychotic breaks, whatever.

Thats a great question... I don't think we've seen her speaking with anyone else. I think it was referenced that she was the one that called in, but no on screen with anyone else except Rust's dad, which was a flashback.
