The problem is they hand you their id, fill out an I-9 and they get through the system.

If a job can only just accept what is given and turn in the paperwork and their social or tax Id doesn’t come back as a duplicate, why wouldn’t you hire them?

Remember just thinking they are illegal based on whatever physical characteristics you think they might have is discrimination.


You can’t reject someone just because you think they are Mexican.
