LSU’s approach to NIL will benefit the future of the program. All these schools throwing cash around will regret it. Look how it worked for the Aggies.

Yeah, that is the one HUGE "bad" thing about pay for play. You know that money paid gets leaked out. So you are in the locker room right next to a guy you KNOW is getting a lot of money and you think you are contributing more. How do you think that goes over with the "underpaid" player...I'll take a wild guess and say "Not well".

Which is why Heard wasn't fought for. If nobody else leaves, we will have 3 deep at OL. There was no need to pay Heard. He'd have probably been a backup next year and be gone in 2.
