I don't think there's anything personal between Campbell and Heard, but Lance wants to be the LT and he's not better than Campbell at this stage of their careers. Instead of being patient and eventually becoming that guy, he's part of our spoiled microwave society that wants what he wants right now.

Playing time and NIL money are the commodities in the college football marketplace. Why is a kid "spoiled" if he willing to accept an immediate increase in BOTH offered by someone else? Would you advise a friend to turn down a promotion and increased salary at a competitor employer? Would you consider him "spoiled" if he didn't? I think most of us would tell our friend congratulations. Not call him "spoiled"
