Trade him and pick a QB, it's pretty simple. He isn't the answer. He still has some trade value now too so it's not the worst thing in the world.
If I was a Bears fan, prior to this season I'd probably have been up in the air on it, but this season would have convinced me they need to move on. Regardless of who they think the top guy is, they need to draft a QB.
