Would be interested to hear why someone disagrees
Toting around an AR15 kinda sucks. Toting an AR10 around seems like torture. The ergonomics are terrible for hunting. They weigh a ton. They are expensive. They are obnoxiously loud. There's a whole lot to not like about them.

Appreciate the feedback.
AR10’s used to be heavy across the board but now many are sub 7 lbs with scope such as those made by Roam, POF and SOLGW.
I disagree re: ergonomics but I also carried an AR type rifle for work in my military career for over 20 years and ARs are much easier to carry slung forward and easier to bring up on target from a slung position due to how slings are attached (QD/battle loop).
Re: loud, an AR with a basic bird cage flash hider compared to a bolt action firing a standard .223 round both have avg DB sound of 165-175.
I am sensitive to noises and recoil as well due to injuries I’ve sustained thus why I personally carry AR style rifles with suppressors when I hunt.
As the OP is recoil sensitive, hopefully this helps some.
