Mike Tomlin (273) is 55 wins away from tying Don Shula's all-time win record at 328.

Hes 51 now. With just 8 wins a year he will break the record in just 7 years.

Tomlin will also never win another SB and will probably finish his career with a sub-500 playoff record.

Belichick will also probably never catch Shula, either because he'd have to coach another 5 years at the rate he's at now winning 4-5 games/yr. He's already 72.

Yipee for the greatness of mediocrity of Mike Tomlin!!

This isn't as terrible as it sounds. If you win one and lose the next you have a .500 record in the playoffs for that season. It's not easy to maintain a winning record in the playoffs if you consistently get there.
