Put the small bottle in the freeze for a little bit before you refill it and turn the big bottle upside down when refilling.

Very important to do these two. The warmer bottle will transfer to the cooler. And it needs to be upside down so you transfer liquid and not just vapors.
Also, when unhooking you need to unhook the small 1lb tank from the connector first.

I've noticed if you're filling one that's completely empty it will only fill about 8 oz (I weighed) the first time. I put it back in the fridge a bit then attach again. Usually get about 15 ounces total into a tank.
