UF was ranked higher going into that game. UF had a better roster. UF was the better team, had played better and should have won the game. UF's only loss till then was to LSU, and UGA had lost to an unranked SoCar. Vegas odds were set that way because Mullen was and will always be an idiot - also, in his entire career as a head coach, not one time in the regular season did he beat a ranked team when his team was ranked higher. That was all Vegas needed in order to set the line for that game.

No one did less with more, than Dan Mullen. If you look at some of the stats in that game, UGA was way above their season norms, such as in 3rd down conversions. UF completely shite the bed, which was exactly what Mullen teams have always done in similar situations.
