There are tons of people that are willing to say what other people should do with their money. Most of them are grifters. The most famous are grifters that got wealthy and powerful by riding the grift.

Pocahontas and Bernie are two big ones.

Vanessa Bryant uses some of her money to fund minority scholarships, and living expenses for minority athletes. While the premise is racist, good for her for helping those that have worthless parents.
