Eh. Take a look at the stats when controlled for income. They may shock you.

Got a link? I would be especially interested in seeing data on time length in the system (even moreso if they went into data on generational graduation/dependence)

Poverty/LBJ is a cop out. There are incredibly poor white, Latino, and Asian areas and almost none are remotely as violent as their urban counterparts.
