Or you know the kid could have not been part of a theft and he would still be alive. Take part in criminal activity there’s chances you end up dead pretty simple

Wait…does this mean his buddies who ran could be up for murder charges now?

Did that lawyer watch the same video I did?

It's Lee Merritt. Another race baitin' garbage lawyer that'll see what he needs to see to defend another garbage ghetto baby.

Really is crazy how blacks get worked up the most human of scum and nothing over innocent good blacks.

Hard to say. I saw an article that said they didn't catch the runners. There was 3 people in the back seat and 2 were released , 1 was arrested on a warrant.

Safe to say the dude who died would have eventually killed someone. His brother was shot and killed last year. Sounds like a nice family. I hope they don't get any settlement money.

Deceased also had an active warrant and multiple guns in the vehicle. Must have just left night school or church.

Awful but lawful. I'd probably listen to other LEOs like Donut Operator on this.

My problem is the cop decided to place the guy in front of the vehicle. Of course he had no other recourse but to shoot. They can find the car later if he let's the guy go. Now you've got a dead body and car full of bullet holes.

Other things could've transpired if he let the guy go. Chances are he could've committed more crimes. If dude wanted to use guns to take out the cop, he would've done so IMO. I think dude was trying to peel out away from the cop even though the cop put himself in a position to be hit in order to try and get the guy to comply.

Seems like the cop really wanted to kill the guy more than retrieving a stolen car.

The cop could’ve just moved and not shot the kid.
Police are not in the business of politely requesting compliance nor are they in the business of facilitating fleeing felons. Once that car went into drive and moved forward towards the officer, it was a deadly force situation.

Teach your loved ones to never do such a foolish thing. Comply and survive to face your day in court.
