When you were a kid, how would you have been aware of anything but the visually obvious cases? It sounds like you're only aware of the others from processing their paperwork or in some way assisting in helping them buy cars. Were you processing a lot of paperwork or selling cars as a kid?

Some cases are minor. Hearing loss and things like that. They don't receive the same benefits as someone who lost their legs but both are considered disabled.
