Alex made more money doing the Star Wars movie than he did the rest of his career combined.


This he saw as a joke.


Star Wars notes:

Luke was a woman in the first script, this is only changed later and after the first few meetings.

There was a person in Baton Rouge with one of the copies of the first script, which he showed a number of us back in 1977-78 range.

The Star Wars movie is based on the Japanese movie The Hidden Fortress.

The part of Luke in that movie is the poor woman who is the princess servant they pick up along the way.

There was so much wrong with the original script. Glad people talked George into sense. Imagine if people were able to fix the scripts for the prequels for him like they did 4 and 5.
