i dont know anything about this subject, but seems like if it keeps hogs out, wont it also somewhat keep the deer out as well?

Not if it’s big enough of an enclosure and only 3 ft high.

They’ve been doing it in Texas and Alabama with great success. I’m probably one of the first to do it in SWLA. Maybe not. But Co Op had no idea what I was doing lol

In my 67 years of life, I have never seen a quality buck jump into a fenced feeder. Just won't happen. Depending on where you hunt, you will see them very far from a fenced feeder. If you are meat hunting this makes sense, but not really, just shoot the hogs.
