Yall getting way too worked up over a goose. We aren’t talking about Kobe Beef or 100% Iberico Jamon here. Shoot the thing, try not to be wasteful, and cook it up however you would think it tastes best for you.

It appears to me that it was just people posting recipes for cooking speckle belly geese, as per the tgread instructed. The people that know little to nothing about cooking geese are the ones who got worked up.
