There is in theory but you do have to have a few limits when you start calling for violence on public officials(and it NEEDS to apply equally to the frick nuts on the left as well), or yelling "fire" in a crowded theater type stuff is really walking a thin line. If Schneider had just said Joe was treasonous and stopped there that would probably been ok but when he actually spelled out the "remedy" I would say that is a step too far.
