I think RG knew he was never going to win in a DC court. Basically like Trump in NY for sex harassment and the loan cases. Just don’t participate in the farce since there is no chance of winning.
Appeal to rationale judges and get the case tossed.

The $148,000,000 judgement should’ve been a clue. Ruby Freeman’s “good name” likely isn’t worth tree fiddy.
