By forcing it, itll put unjust pressure on black coaches to succeed. That's not fair at all. Which is why my theory is schools/franchises select minority coaches when the program has reached rock bottom and expectations are minimal. All in an effort to get the monkey off their backs. Then move on.

I thought Croom was a great coach. That just was not a good situation.
