I don’t know if he has a coherent mode / strategy at this point. Neither do HS kids, which is why it’s a lost class
And the transfers he’s bringing in are more mercenaries than anything else

I know the portal has helped jumpstart some success at places like FSU but they at least are building out their roster with fantastic HS recruiting classes at the same time.
Fielding a new team of transfers every year has to have a ceiling when you’re not also getting solid HS recruiting classes, I’d think.

Prime has no idea on how to run a program. He should have stayed at Jackson state
