I'm 40 with a family history of high blood pressure. So, I monitor mine semi frequently. It's been a couple of months since I last checked it. But my last 3 readings were:
107/83
104/81
109/81
I have an Omron monitor that was recommended by my doctor. I know it's probably not 100% accurate, but he told me to just use it to monitor changes. The monitor and app tells me those numbers are hypertension stage 1. But my doctor says they are fine and I wouldn't need to worry unless they start consistently going up (more specifically the diastolic pressure). My heart rate is usually mid 70's to mid 80's.
