Don't neglect that. If you aren't careful you'll have a stroke and one side of your body will go dead or something even worse. Take it from someone who's been there and it's my own fault by ignoring it too long

Untreated HBP leads to an enlarged heart which can also affect your aortic valve. Treat now before it is too late and the damage is done. Open heart surgery is not fun.
