Wade built the McNeese program in one summer in which he wasn't allowed to go off campus to recruit. He is on a 2 year show cause. He couldn't coach for the first 10 games.
The excuses that the McMahon apologists give don't fly. Basketball is a sport in which team turnover will be a yearly occurrence. That is the new landscape. McMahon has not yet shown He can hang with the big boys.

it’s like nothing i’ve ever seen.
I can’t wait til this disappointing season is over, so we can get through another disappointing season and fire McMahon. For the McMahon sunshine pumpers, how many more years does he need to make the tourney? 1, 2, 3, 5?
