Yes, it will.
Distrust of vaccines has always been a thing going back to smallpox inoculations in the 1700s, if not further.
Doing shite under cover of a vaccine people were heavily pressured to take that gets exposed down the road just reinforces the “wait and see” approach on a lot of this because the complete lack of trust means they don’t want to get permanently damaged by a rush to accept.
