I mean, he was a 21 year old at a college party where at least 2 witnesses testified she was telling people she was 18. I promise you if you’ve ever been to any college party there are 17 year olds pretending to be older. You think a bunch of drunk college kids are walking around checking IDs for people claiming to be 18?
