No it's not. There's no reason why scotus would take this case in unprecedented fashion if Roberts didn't have a gameplan to frick Trump. The dude is owned clear as day. It's obvious in his voting patterns. If they are taking this up in unprecedented fashion it can only be to frick us.

Well we are less than a year from the election now. The DOJ waited 3 years to file these charges. Why the rush all of a sudden?
This move is obviously meant to harm Trump from a timing perspective relative to the election.
