If USSC is ultimately going to rule against Trump, and we also assume Trump wins in 2024 for this hypothetical, you'd prefer him to be prosecuted while President? Potentially jailed while President?
Again, MAGA has been praying since these all began to get these cases in front of the USSC. I would imagine having that occur sooner rather than later would be celebrated.
