They’re not wrong but when Stephen A says I’m quoting people that chefs love him and he’ll eat the table. Like who the frick are you quoting?? Thats the shite that pisses me off- hes known to run with a narrative and then make up shite about quoting people to make it a soundbite.

Here’s what I’ll say. It’s been 4 days since the IST.
4 days isn’t a lot of time, but for a professional athlete who was looking that out of shape it’s actually enough time to see some change if he’s actually been eating right and taking his conditioning seriously the last few days.
