He is president of the United States, he declassified them, anything after that is utter nonsense and you know it.

Now Biden, who had no authorization to take them, stored them haphazardly, kept them for years, and only surrendered them after the fact....that should have been prosecuted with vigor, not "oh we caught him and he gave them up willingly as a defense".

All these lawsuits should, should, be used as congress to gut the doj and fbi.

This case is not being tried in Miami, it is being tried in Fort Pierce. The jury will be drawn from Highlands, Okeechobee, Indian River, St. Lucie, and Martin counties.

When I lived is South Florida, I worked a lot in those counties. They are conservative. I can see a hung jury easily occurring if not acquittal.
