re: Special counsel asks Supreme Court to rule quickly whether Trump can be prosecuted

If there is any justice in the world, the SCOTUS in an opinion written by JCT that will sanction Smith for even bringing this monstrosity and signing these pleadings which have ZERO good faith basis in law. Courts have the power to sanction attorneys, and even the lower courts by way of supervisory jurisdiction.
Further, I would hope that SCOTUS will hear this writ simultaneously with the J6 appeal on merits of those ridiculous arse prosecutions. This entire J6 abomination is a due process/selective prosecution/ 8th Amendment farce that needs to be corrected, lest we all fear our government.
Roberta needs to STFU on this one, especially since that vagina could have avoided ALL OF THIS MISERY by simply hearing Texas v Pennsylvania
